my project is being decide and the topic is "A study of relationship between motivation,commitment and retention. thats a good topic to work on since all the three are somehow interconnected. as far as my report is concerned i am sending it to your mail id. i am not sending the whole report since i am not allowed by my faculty to do so, instead i am sending the ppt. which would help you understand the findings of my project. if u find any difficulty let me know, i'd try helping u out.
