Hi Rohit
Please make following changes. Unprotect the sheets, password is "shiv".
Now let say if you want to change weekly off from Saturday to Friday in Jan, just copy cell G5:G34 and paste in F5:F34 and again copy data from I5:I34 and paste it to G5:G34. This will change your first weekly off. Similarly do it for all weekoff's in all months.
You can change ML (A11) to CL and change description as Casual Leave instead of Mandatory Leave. Same will be updated in all the sheets automatically.
Please try and let me know.
It will not be possible for me to work on individual request at this point of time as I am kinda busy now a days.
Regards,
Shiv

Mr Shiv.. I can easily make out that u work for my company. Please delete all the links relating to the company. It will be an audit issue considering the department u r working for.

Hi Buddy
Thanks allot. Even I thought of same after uploading the template, while then I realised that all links are intranet links and will not work in internet and will not be an audit issue. But still now I have removed the template and will upload new one.
Thanks & Regards,
Shiv

Hi Rekha
Few points that you need to keep in mond while using the tracker are :
1) Update only white cells.
2) Use the master tab to update details of all individuals in your team during the year. Keep on updating same on regular basis
3) Update blank holidays according to your organisation. This is used all the sheets to calculate net working days.
4) Update taff name in Jan.
5) Let say in Jan end someone has resigned you can use R code for same. In Feb you can replace that individual with new one, select from drop down (as you are updating list of all team members in master sheet)
6) I have considered two days as weekly off's. You can just move it to any other day.
This tracker is very simple to use and understand. Let me know,in case you have specific questions egarding same.
Thanks & Regards,
Shiv

hello Dhanesh,
I went through your leave record format, its really gud, but I have a query. Is it only for single user or can be used for multiple users. I tried to use it bt every time it over write the single user. I am a bit confused, because if it is for single user then in sheet 2( Leave balance) why u have mention no. of rows for multiple users?
Please guide me so that i can use it in my Organization..
