Greetings dear members, I am requesting a leave tracker as I have noticed that at the end of the year, it becomes rather difficult to check through hard copies when paying employees their leave days. Please help with a leave tracker, and if there are various types, you may explain as well.

Setting Up a Leave Tracker

Set up a simple Excel spreadsheet—preferably on the company server so that it is backed up continually—and then set up an alert in your calendar to update it regularly. Teach other staff members how to use it so they can update staff leave when you are not in the office.

Moving Away from Paper Forms

Look for simple electronic solutions and start moving away from paper forms for everything. Filling in paper forms is a chore, and paper gets lost.
