I'm have been woking in this org. since past 1yr. & 2 monhs.Now they are asking to resign.My 1-1/2 month's salary is pending with the org.They denying to clear that.so i denied to resign.Now they threat me they will terminate me.
wha should i do?Bcoz.no full-n-final settlements they are paying.
Please revert asap.

FIrst of all you have to show willingnes to resign subject to payment of your legal dues. Termination will be considered as stigma on your future carrer. Second option you may fight it in court of law. Which is time consuming and money wasteing. Tyr settle amicably.

Dear Friend
Pls look in your appointment letter the conditions of termination, if they terminate u without following the same then give legal notice to the co. eventhough the litigation may be time consuming, file the case if Co. will not reply. The co. will come up with some settlement after getting the Court summons.

Dear Mr. Pankaj,
You have not provided full details. What is your role, responsibility, designation and the type of organization you are working.
I feel that you should discuss with them saying that once they clear all dues of yours then you will submit your resignation.
The termination part will affect your career.
You can also submit your resignation and relieved and if they have not cleared your dues as part of final settlement you can submit an application to Labour department / send a legal notice and they are bound to pay and obtain a clearance from you as they have to submit the clearance proof to court / statutory authorities, but before coming out of the organization you should carry all proofs ( copy of the attendance register, entry and exit register, ESI card, copy of your ID card etc.)related to proof of your working in the organization for the said period, even you should obtain an acknowledgement for your resignation also.
The above all needs to be done very carefully.

now market is very turbulent thats the reason you are facing this prolem so insted of being terminated you put down your papers and then finght in th labour tribulnal. Also keep all the proofs related to your job with you and fight.Go for a new job and before joining only you have to clarify all the issues regarding salary,notice period etc.
