Can anyone guide on list of items that need to be kept ready as a checklist for ESI audits. Specially on the bills that we get from the vendors.
Example - We produce a bill from a vendor - what are the details we should collect from the vendor?
His PAN
His PF Number
His ESI number
Challan to prove that he has paid ESI for his staff etc
what are all such details that we need to collect to safeguard our compliance during ESI audit?
