Dear Prabhu
Yes, the person can get his experience letter eventhough he got terminated. In that letter reason for leaving the service column Terminated will be written, instead of Resigned / Retired / On completion of Contractual Period.

Dear Prabhu,
An employee is suppose to work diligently and carefully. Even if some error occurs one should accept it with courage. Instead of acting stubborn just humbly accept the consequences and request for the experience letter. i dont think any organization would deny a humble request. if they just ask them to give the experience certificate with regard to the time worked for the company they will give you.

Yaa, the company should give him the experience certificate despite of the mistakes he has done...... Also it depends upon the seriousness of the mistake he/she has done..........
