Your in & out data ( signing in the register / punching etc), your PF & ESI contributions / your IP numbers & related data, offer letter, increment / promotion letters issued, your photographs in any company related functions etc, emails received from the company, form 16 issued by the company etc are all part of your employment proofs with the company.

Hi Mala,
I too have one suggestion for your question. You can get a soft copy from your employer on the letter head of your company saying that you'd been working here since so and so.. along with your designation...

Hi Vijay,
do you feel companies relies on Written material on letterhead?
Actually from last 4 months our salaires are paid in cash but before that we use to receive salaries through cheque but the problem is at the time of interviews companies ask for last 6 months bank statement.Please help.

Mala,
You insist your employer to get at least the latest 2 months payslip and a relieving letter (after you quit the job) which plays a crucial part when you are joining a new company because most of the company when hiring the new experienced people they demand for last two month salary slip and relieving letter of your previous company.
So if you wont provide none of them, you will be assumed as a fresher.
