Hi Calligrapher,
There are many courses which you can pursue to have a cutting edge in today's HR Market. To name a few you can go for Six Sigma-a quality management course. You can take ISO.In today's technological growth, can think of SAP also.
SAP stands for System Application and Product in data processing. It is en ERP[enterprise resource planning ] course. Most of the companies are now relying over SAP.SAP integrates all modules and submodules and makes a job smoother, faster with more accuracy.SAP HR has a good market. There are many institutes now which makes this course available..........

Shivendra, I have seen your profile, the details you have mentioned are of basic genaralistic profiles. I would suggest to highlights the major skills developed during your experience.would be great if you can master in any one discipline of HR and do it end to end.
If it is recruitment, run the entire recruitment cycle,or if it is compensation Management, specify clearly what all skills you have developed in this area and exactly what is your profile/JD.
I Guess you have a small team there and that's why you are supposed to carry out every thing. In such a situation get specialisize in one and be master in all.

gud evng amrita mam,
correctly guessed, i m in a small setup, though it does not feel gud to write but the fact is that learning part at my place is not up to the mark, i feel i should change my job first then only i can be follow any specialization, that is why i asked for the suggestion whether i should go for the change only or it will be better to diversify my profile into other HR related skill areas,
currently i hv got some study material of SAP HR, it is good as per my expectations,
mam i hope ur kind help will be on my side in future too
with regards
shivendra
