Few main process perfomance indicators for the HR dep't includes employee satisfaction,trainings,ensuring timely availability of resources as per organizations requirement, salaries etc.

Recruitment - Talent Requisition
Training and Development
Performance Appraisal
Attendance and Payroll
Statutory compliances like PF, ESI, Maternity Benefir act, Bonus etc...
Disciplinary proceedings
Employee record keeping
Exits
