2. Getting profiles from networking.
3. Hiring the right person because if the person hired lacks appropriate skills, it will increase recruitment costs and affect the team. There is a higher chance that team members may leave their jobs due to demotivation. Therefore, it is crucial that especially individuals in managerial positions possess the required skills for a particular job.

Recruitment time can be reduced by:

1. Keeping the database ready for future requirements.
2. Always keeping the pipeline ready.

The company where I am doing my training brings people in at a fast rate without considering whether they will be able to stay due to the high workload and unsystematic processes.

I have to work on a project to reduce recruitment time, but the time available is already so limited that I am struggling to make any progress with my project.

Please help me with this.
