Hi,
If an exit interview is a technique to check out inadequacies in management, what do you say when management gives support to the practice of office politics in order to oust an employee by frustration? The event happened, lasted for a year before the victim voluntarily resigned. It connoted management's pretentious behavior which should not have been. Upon voluntary resignation, the victim was called up for an exit interview but declined. How useful or otherwise would the exit interview have been?
