Dear all,

I am a new member of this website. I have 2+ years of work experience in Recruitment, and I have also learned SAP HR. I find it very difficult to build a career in recruitment. Additionally, I am facing challenges in entering the field of SAP HR because I lack expertise in core HR areas such as payroll, appraisal, and training. Although I have attended HR workshops focusing on these core areas, I still struggle to establish a career in this field.

I find it very difficult to build a career in recruitment, and I am also struggling to break into SAP HR due to my lack of core HR skills such as Payroll, appraisal, and Training. I have participated in HR workshops focusing on these areas, but I still find it challenging to establish a career in this field. Currently, I am planning to pursue a PG Diploma in HR and Industrial Relations. Can any of you suggest a good university where I can undertake this course? Please provide me with some recommendations.
