Dear Friends,

One of our employees absconded 6 months ago. We have now received his PF withdrawal form. According to company policy, we will not entertain this request.

The question now is, can he directly go for PF withdrawal through the PF office by submitting the required documents (forms)?

Kind Regards,

Hi,

The employee cannot submit the PF withdrawal form without authorization from the employer, which means he cannot proceed with withdrawal/transfer without your approval (company's approval).

Hi All,

An employee can submit the PF withdrawal directly to the PF office as well. In that case, the form will be sent to the employer to authorize and provide Form 3A within the stipulated time. No employer can deny an employee's claim for PF.
