Dear All,

This is Churchill. I have recently joined one of the leading Pre Press and Printing media companies in Bangalore. Our organization has requested me to take care of disciplinary actions.

I have prepared a document based on my knowledge and have attached it for your reference. Kindly review the attachment. If you have any suggestions or modifications regarding labor laws, please revert to me.

Hello,

You have to write the particular rules/laws/terms of conditions with section/number for which the concerned employee has committed any such misconduct or violated that section/rules. This is very essential for a show-cause notice as per the legal procedural drafting.

For example, "you have violated section 5 OR rules no. 3 of your appointment letter OR as per clause no. 5 of the Model Standing Order Act... this constitutes misconduct and hence this show-cause notice..."

It is very clear that you have to narrate particular rules/sections under which the employee has been cited for taking necessary action.

Regards,
Bharat
