Determining Minimum CTC for HR Executives & ESIC Registration Procedure - CiteHR

We have a candidate profile with more than 7 years of experience. The candidate is a graduate but not an MBA, proficient in stenography, hardworking, dedicated, and maintains confidentiality. What should be the minimum salary for him in the HR department? His job profile should involve assisting in the recruitment process for the Engineering department across various levels.

Hi Manish,

I agree with Eafil. I would like to add something here. The candidate should be given at least 20-30% over his current CTC, keeping in mind his experience and the positive qualities that you have mentioned.
