Minimum wages are declared for various categories of workers and vary in different regions (e.g., Zone I, Zone II, etc.). You can obtain a copy of the wage details at the Labor Office on Bombay-Pune Road.

Hi,

Maharashtra also has minimum wages fixed by the government, which are revised from time to time. The daily wage earner's wages should be at par with the minimum wages if paid monthly.

Dear Sender,

Please bring notification for Minimum Wages from the Labour Commissioner's office and determine which type of industry is applicable to your employer. Check the basic wages and special allowances that apply to each skill category, and apply accordingly.
