Hi Komal,

Basically, sourcing involves reviewing applicants' resumes from various sites such as media, references, and contacts. Screening is the process of going through the resumes and selecting the suitable and capable candidates for recruitment. Finally, recruitment entails choosing the candidate who best fits the job requirements of the company. If a candidate fails at this stage, they are disqualified from proceeding to the next selection process.

Therefore, out of 100 candidates, all are sourced, screened, and called for an interview. If 40 candidates are recruited, they move on to the next selection process. This is based on my understanding and observation.
