Hello Everyone,

I have taken up an MBA project to study the need to identify the KPIs at the employee service level in BPO industries across Chennai. Can anyone suggest a few sites where I can find relevant information on this topic? I have planned to create a questionnaire to move ahead, but I am unsure what kind of questions to include as I do not have much information on hand. Could someone please guide me?
