It varies depending on the nature of the business, whether it involves hazardous processes or the use of boilers, etc. In general, the following licenses are applicable for manufacturing units:
- Factory License
- ESI Registration
- EPF Registration
- PT Registration
- LWF Registration
- Intimation towards Gratuity
- CLRA if engaging contract labor as applicable
- ISMW if engaging interstate migrant workmen
- NoC under Fire
- NoC under PCB
- Others as applicable
