Dear CiteHR and its team members,

For the last 4 to 5 years, I have been following the daily questions and answers. I have noticed that when members post on different topics, their answers often include links that are 5 to 6 years old or even older. My question is, why should outdated links be presented? I believe changes have occurred in the marketplace, and answers should reflect current requirements.

I suggest that CiteHR should design online HR courses tailored to current and future market needs. I hope all members of this platform will benefit and enhance their knowledge through this platform. I am confident that many HR experts are connected to this platform, allowing us to learn from them.

Hi Qasim,

It seems like you're expressing frustration with members on a platform providing outdated links and suggesting that the platform should offer more current and relevant content, specifically in the form of online HR courses. Your perspective reflects a common concern about the relevance and timeliness of information on online platforms.

Reasons why old links might be presented

Lack of Updated Information: Some members may not be aware of the most recent developments or changes in their respective fields. They might be sharing information based on their knowledge at the time they learned it, without considering updates.

Limited Moderation: Platforms vary in terms of moderation and content control. If there's limited moderation, outdated content might not be flagged or removed promptly.

User Engagement: Older links might still contain valuable insights or fundamental concepts that are relevant today. Users might find historical context or foundational knowledge from those links.

Creating online HR courses

As for your suggestion about creating online HR courses tailored to current and future market requirements, that's a great idea. Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends are crucial, especially in fields like HR that undergo frequent changes. Platforms can enhance their value by offering courses, webinars, or resources that address the latest challenges, tools, and best practices in HR.

If you're passionate about this idea, you could consider reaching out to the platform administrators or community leaders to share your suggestion. You might also gauge interest from other community members to build support for the idea. The success of such initiatives often depends on community involvement and collaboration.

Thanks,

Dear Sir,

First of all, I appreciate the CiteHR platform and am thankful because I have learned many new HR concepts that were previously unknown to me. After conducting further research, I noted some key points for future requirements. We will never give up on continuous learning.

As HR professionals, we always adopt new changes and continue learning as per future requirements. For the last two years, I have been exploring future HR trends that will impact some HR jobs and create new positions. However, we are currently focusing on current HR trends and attaining certifications without considering the future.

The Future of HR

From my observation, the future of HR is different compared to the present. I suggest that the CiteHR administrator approach all HR professionals/HR Gurus so that they can voluntarily deliver seminars or courses on future HR trends free of cost. For example, an initial basic HR course like CHRP can be conducted online over two to three months, with different topics assigned to voluntary professionals. They will prepare presentations on their respective topics and deliver them on designated days. At the end of the course, an online exam will be held, and successful candidates will receive certifications from CiteHR through a ceremony or as per decisions made by the CiteHR administrator. I hope that new HR professionals will learn new HR terminologies through this platform.

Every three months, a new course will be organized. I am volunteering to present myself with these new achievements through the CiteHR platform.

In conclusion, I am thankful for your feedback and supportive role.

Thank you, Qasim Raza
