The basic issue that all MBAs in HR face is the absence of knowledge in labor laws. I have observed that many universities have eliminated courses on industrial relations and have included subjects that are not relevant at all in practical or professional careers. Therefore, I suggest pursuing a program in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with labor law, Compensation Management, etc., as subjects for study.
