Hi all, I have recently shifted to the USA and was running an HR consultancy in India before. We are still continuing it but now planning to expand it globally. Can anyone suggest what the requirements are if we hire globally while keeping our headquarters or base in India? I want to know, for example, what the hiring charges are for the USA and how billing could be done. I would appreciate any responses to that.
