Hi, While increment cum promotion letter is very common adding confirmation also in the same letter looks abnormal. How long is your probationary period ?

The probation period here is 6 months. The company is a startup, and as such, the HR was not appointed before, hence the employees did not receive any confirmation letter or any official letter before this. Now that I have been appointed here, employees are asking for the same. I need a format where all necessary information can be included.
