As per Factories Act 8 hours of work per day and 48 hours of work per week is allowed. You can plan for 9 hrs work per day considering the 5 day working concept. Accordingly your per week work hours comes to 45 hours only which is very well within total hours stipulated by Factories Act.
Daily hours under the Factories Act cannot exceed nine hours in any day, according to Section 54 of the Factories Act 1948.
