Hello Seniors,

Can someone help me out with mid-term appraisal criteria? What should be the duration of the same from the date of joining of an employee?

What parameters should it include, and how should the mid-term cycle flow? In my view, mid-term appraisal only takes place when an employee is performing extraordinarily, and this happens in 30 to 40% of cases. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Please guide on this.
