Please help me create an announcement letter to all employees regarding the use of the Face/Finger Scanner. The Face/Finger scanner has already been installed at the Staff Entrance. I need to send an email to all employees instructing them to use the scanner when they arrive at work and before leaving the office. Just write what you have written to us. You have already basically written the email; just tidy it up and send it. Make sure you tell them what the penalties will be if they don't comply. Don't tell people things are mandatory without telling them exactly what will happen if they choose to disobey the rules. Ensure you have a distinct and unambiguous policy in place to control this.
