Struggling with Costly and Low-Quality Resume Databases in India? What Alternatives Do You Recommend?

Any suggestions on resume databases for India? I have been using Naukri, Times, and Monster, but lately, Monster's database quality has deteriorated. Any suggestions for alternative databases? Also, Naukri has become very expensive for a small firm like ours.
