I have applied for EPF withdrawal after resignation, but it was rejected because there was a mismatch in my father's name. When I submitted the joint declaration form at the EPF office, they asked for an Indemnity Bond from the employer. However, my employer is unaware of this requirement. Does anyone have a format for an Indemnity Bond that I can share with my employer so that I can reapply for the claim?

Hello Anees, The issue can be resolved by submitting a joint declaration form (used to correct Provident Fund - PF member details). This form is to be completed jointly by the employee and employer, signed, and then submitted to the Regional PF Commissioner (PF Office).
