Hello, I am unable to solve this problem-actually one of our employee has passed away and he did not register any nominee in his EPF account. Now the problem is that there aren't any phone number in his Aadhar card so that's why link in-between PF & Aadhar has not yet been done. So we have to settle his death claim through offline. Now as per norms legal hires have to submit the Succession Certificate for the same. We are unable to provide them the exact valuation of PF so that's why the are unable to generate any certificate from court . Coz court is asking valuation for stamp duty . Will you plz guide us how we will solve this problem.
