Legal Heir for Death Claim
Please suggest who will be the death claim receiver in case of an employee's death if his father, mother, wife, brothers, or sisters are not available. According to the law, who will be the legal heir to receive this amount?

On production of a succession certificate issued by the Court, if he is Hindu, then as per the Succession Act, Class 1 heirs, or if no Class 1 heirs, then Class 2 heirs will have to be paid accordingly on the matter.
