Hi, I worked for HDFC Bank from December 13, 2021, to July 29, 2022. I resigned before confirmation due to some personal reasons. I joined ICICI Bank in February 2023. Is this valid under the anti-poaching agreement between HDFC and ICICI Bank?

Hi, The Anti-Poaching Agreement is between two employers, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. I hope you resigned properly with notice before joining ICICI Bank. HDFC Bank can initiate disciplinary action only if you didn't get relieved properly. Now that you have joined ICICI Bank, your current employer only needs to face any consequences, and you don't need to worry.
