In that case, you have to click on the "forgot password" option. Once there, you need to select "no" when asked for the OTP. Then, proceed to enter his details as per the EPF record and Aadhar or PAN details. You can change the password by following these steps. Feel free to ask if you encounter any difficulties.

As per the process you told me, I tried to do the same. After asking for no OTP, I had to fill up his details as per the EPF record, but still getting an error ("The above information provided is not matching with the information available in the system. Kindly contact the EPFO Office").
Kindly suggest.

Dear Imran His Aadhaar is not link to EPF Account So in this case what is the other option ? Does employer login have the option to change mobile number? Regards Priya
