Respected Sir/Madam, One of my employees passed away on 12/01/2022 while he was on leave. However, the Employee Contribution Record (ECR) did not mention his name. Instead, we updated his last working day as the exit date on 07/12/2021 due to his unfortunate death away from service. I have a question regarding whether the deceased member's family will receive the Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) benefit or an EDLI bonus.
