I am doing a full-time job. Apart from that, I'm doing a part-time job which is USA-based. Both companies do not have TDS, PF & ESI. Both company salaries are received in the same account. Now I have got a job in a very big MNC. I have already resigned from the part-time job before joining the MNC. Now, after checking my bank statement, if they ask me why I worked part-time, what should I tell them? (Here, the part-time job experience is completely irrelevant to my full-time and MNC job). What should I tell them if they catch me?
According to your policy, I can't do both jobs at the same time, so I resigned. I admit I did a part-time job, but after getting the job from you, I left that. (So it's not a violation of your policy).
My brother sends me some money from the USA every month to help me because he knows my salary was too low.
If in case they find out, what should I tell them? What is the solution? Can they blacklist me? (I did have a dual job in the past but I am not doing it at your company)

Hi, Earlier, you were under dual employment and are now planning to join an MNC Company. Hopefully, they will not be concerned about your past dual employment. However, if they do become aware of it, they will likely inform you that they do not allow dual employment after hiring. If questioned, you can provide a reason such as your brother supported you, but do not voluntarily disclose this information.
Additionally, you could have maintained two separate bank accounts to avoid the need for such questions.
