Hi, I need to draft an email communication to employees to inform them about their revised salary structure. We have made changes to their structure because of ESIC. Our HR team provided the wrong structure to them; however, this will not change their CTC.

Hi, Even though there will not be any change in employees' CTC if you are shuffling the salary components, it is advisable to issue a revised salary structure to all concerned employees and get their signature. General email communication won't be sufficient as the revised salary structure would form part of their personal file.
