Hello everyone, we are facing trouble with hiring. We extend offer letters to the candidates once they start their notice period in their current organization, which is 60 to 90 days. However, we are unsure if they will join after this tenure. What can be done to make sure this joining is completed?

Engaging Candidates During the Hiring Process

Initially, you have to follow up with the candidate to inquire if they have any offers. If they say yes, then you have to drop out because they are not looking for a change and are ready to negotiate with their current company or consider your offer.

Re-engaging with Marketing Strategies

Start again with marketing; these aspects will come into play. Ask them if they are truly interested in accepting the offer and demonstrate that your company is providing advanced training to help them progress to an onsite level. This is the only way people can be encouraged to stay with your company; otherwise, they might see a higher package elsewhere and leave.
