Hi everyone, I am working as an HR for a start-up firm in the communications field. Recently, we have crossed 20 employees and hence need to get registered under the PF & ESI Act. I was told that we need to check with our employees if they want PF to be deducted from their salaries or not. I need some guidance on this whole registration process and requirements if someone can help. Thank you in advance.

Dear Colleague, both the Employees' Provident Fund Organization and the Employees' State Insurance Corporation have an online registration process that is typically completed on their respective portals. It is not a tough process, but you can visit the websites to understand the required documents for upload before proceeding.
