Dear Satyendra Choubey, Your friend has handed over the hard assets that he belonged to but not the soft assets. What is his liability to hand over the soft assets? What provisions are mentioned in his appointment letter? What about the policy on employee separation? Does the policy mention the method to hand over the soft data? Has your friend signed an undertaking for handing over the soft data?
