Navigating Holiday Leave: How Do You Handle a Long Weekend with Multiple Days Off?


A small query: if there is a holiday on the 4th Saturday, and Sunday is off, then if I am taking leave on Monday and Tuesday is again off due to Republic Day, what is the criteria for holidays or leaves?

Your leave shall be counted as only one day leave, if you avail leave only on Monday.
