Need help for writing mail on holiday list of 2015 as well as second saturday and 4th saturday will be off from january 2015 Kindly help... Its urgent.. thanks in advance :)

Dear Colleagues, we are glad to announce that effective 2015, every second and fourth Saturday and Sunday will be a holiday for all employees working at Corporate/Head Office (please mention depending on your company policy). The other rules pertaining to the Leave Policy will remain unchanged. Enclosed is the Holiday List for the year 2015.
