Apprentices are not covered under Professional tax. Since they get only stipend.

I also wish to know if the the Trainees under the Company's Scheme are liable to pay

1. Professional Tax
2. Labour Welfare Fund
3. ESIC
4. PF.

We wish to come out with the scheme. If there are any other legal deductions, pl. share that also.
