You can take a printout, paste the family photograph of the IP, sign across, affix the stamp of the establishment, and give it to the employee. This can be preserved by him and used as and when he or any of his family members named in the card want medical assistance. This electronic identity card (e-pehchan card) replaces the smart card issued earlier.
