I am trying to approve members' basic details change request in the new unified portal of EPFO. I go to Member > basic details change request and after selecting all pending requests, I click on the Approve using DSC button and have the digital signature (DSC token) available and connected. I get a popup which says "This will open the utility for digitally signing the PDF..." and when I click on RUN, it shows "Approve Activity" but then after some time, it does not show PDF SIGNATURE.
I already have the latest version of 32-bit Java installed and updated on my computer. I have also tried using different browsers.
Please provide me with a solution for this issue.
I am willing to pay a fee for this work.
