How will the sale of the finished goods (FG) of your company take place? Will it be from India? If yes, then the labor laws of the respective state of India will be applicable. If you wish to position a salesperson in the respective country, then you first need to open an office in that country. Once you open the office, all the business laws, whether labor laws or otherwise, will be applicable. If you are going to store the FG in the warehouse of the respective country, even then you will need to hire a distribution agency in each country. Please check laws related to the warehouse and transportation in the respective country.
