As per the Minimum Wages Act of West Bengal for Unskilled workers in Zone A, the current minimum wage is ₹7661.
My question is: Will this ₹7661 be considered as the full basic wage, or can it be divided into components?
Based on my observation, I am unable to determine from the Minimum Wages Act whether the minimum wage should be considered as the complete basic wage or if it can be split.
