I am currently facing an issue with UAN activation. One of our employees has changed her mobile number, which she had given at the time of joining. In order to activate the UAN account, that number is required. Is there any way we can update her mobile number?

I hope that you have already activated the UAN number. It is better to get a new SIM on the old number and activate it. Once the OTP number is received, change the password and update the mobile number. This is the only way.
