Dear Abhishek, in which institution are you doing your MBA and in which mode? Have you completed a module on Research Methodology? Do you have any previous work experience? Do you have access to any BPO to conduct your study? Have you found a project guide?
Before selecting a project topic, you need to study some scholarly articles available on the web. This will help you decide what others have done, where and how, and any limitations that may affect the successful completion of your project.
