Hi friends,

Can you please guide me if an EPF member's service has been overlapping, how could one submit a claim for withdrawal? Can they transfer their previous EPF contributions into the current EPF contribution through the UAN Portal, and then proceed to claim for withdrawal through the UAN Portal?

Awaiting your valuable response.

To address overlapping service in EPF and facilitate withdrawal, follow these steps:

Transferring Previous EPF Contributions to Current EPF Account
🔹 Log in to the UAN Portal using your credentials.
🔹 Go to the 'Online Services' tab and select 'One Member - One EPF Account (Transfer Request)'.
🔹 Enter details of your previous EPF account and current EPF account for verification.
🔹 Initiate the transfer request for consolidating your EPF accounts.

Claiming EPF Withdrawal with Overlapping Service
🔹 Once the transfer is completed, wait for the consolidation process to reflect in your UAN account.
🔹 Navigate to the 'Online Services' tab and select 'Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)'.
🔹 Choose the type of withdrawal you are applying for, such as partial withdrawal or complete withdrawal.
🔹 Fill in the required details accurately and submit the claim.

Important Points to Note
🔹 Ensure all personal and employment details are up to date in your UAN account.
🔹 Keep track of the status of your transfer and withdrawal requests through the UAN Portal.
🔹 Contact your employer or EPF helpdesk for any assistance or clarifications during the process.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage EPF withdrawal with overlapping service and consolidate your contributions for a seamless withdrawal experience.
