Presently, I am working as an Executive - Payroll in a reputed company. I have 3 years of experience in HR operations and over 7 years of experience in DPE. Recently, management changed my profile and assigned me payroll work. However, I am a fresher in this area and do not have much knowledge about it, which means I am a beginner. Please help me understand how to work on payroll as a fresher. Can anyone provide advice on consultants to approach and how to proceed?
