Two UANs for One Employee: How Can You Resolve This Confusing Situation?

If any one is having UAN in previous organisation & while joining new organisation, he got new UAN. My query is how to sort out this?

Transfer all amount from previous UAN to current UAN....check validity of currently UAN on EPFO portal.
